With over 25 years of experience in the military and security industry combined, Nikola has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective security programs that mitigate risks and protect valuable assets. He is a Macedonian Army veteran, US Army Airborne and Ranger certified, holds Master’s Degree in Military Studies from USMC University in Quantico VA, and other US military certifications, in addition to several UN and NATO certifications completed within these organizations.

Following his transition to the corporate security field, Nikola performs security management roles supporting the Oil and Gas industry in Iraq, where he grasps the first-hand experience of delivering protective solutions for international corporate clients in a high threat environment. After his relocation to the USA, his career continues as an Operations Manager in the private security industry in Washington DC, to follow as an independent consultant for multiple high-profile clients in the DMV region.

Nikola possesses a deep understanding of the complexities within the modern security landscape. He is CPP certified with ASIS International, CSMP certified with ISMI International Security Management Institute, and Corporate Risk and Crisis Management certified with ISRM Institute for Strategic Risk Management. As a lead consultant and hands-on service provider, he also maintains active credentials with MPD in Washington DC, DCJS in Virginia, CPO IQ in UK, and has completed HECPO with his former employer Control Risks HRMS in Baghdad, Iraq.

Considering the implied requirement for structuring his protective services, Nikola is founding Meridian Protection LLC, as an overarching umbrella for multiple projects in which he is involved. His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and ethical conduct have earned him a reputation for integrity and reliability. He is passionate about making a positive impact, and with Meridian Protection, he is dedicated to protecting the well-being of individuals and organizations worldwide.
